Next EuroMillions Superdraw announced
It's on again! The next EuroMillions Superdraw will take place on 3 October 2014. The starting jackpots of all Superdraws is set to €100 million. That's about £80 million, which means there is plenty to look forward to.
The last Superdraw of 6 June was postponed at the start of this summer. The jackpot had rolled over and exceeded the size of the Superdraw jackpot, an unprecedented situation in the history of EuroMillions.
But the funds for the Superdraw have been saved and now the new date is set. So mark it up in your calendars and make sure you enter your lucky numbers in the upcoming draw.
The rules of winning a Superdraw are the same as in a normal draw. You still need to hit the five main numbers and two stars.
The only difference between a normal EuroMillions jackpot and a Superdraw is that the minimum jackpot is set to €100 million in the Superdraw.
But that is not all. If you use the DoubleJackpot over at Lottoland, you can get your hands on a double Superdraw jackpot - a whopping £160 million.
You can also protect your lucky numbers with their NumberShield feature and thus avoid sharing your jackpot with anyone else.
All in all there have been several Superdraws so far.
Dave and Angela Daws, a British couple, picked up a Superdraw in October 2011.
A British man also won the latest Superdraw, held in March 2014. Neil Trotter, from London, picked up a massive windfall worth £107.9 million.
